10 Watt RGBW LED Tape
4-in-1 SMD, 30 LEDs Per Metre
Pure White or Warm White
Availability: In Stock for next day delivery
With 30 LEDs to every metre of PCB, each housing four coloured LED chips – red, green, blue and white – RGBW LED strip lights will let you mix any shade of the spectrum you can imagine… and also offer the option of a perfect white light from dedicated LEDs. RGBW LEDs mix light-colours at source – so you’ll get smooth consistent colour when the light falls on any surface.
InStyle has two varieties of 10W RGBW LED tape – with different whites, so you can choose exactly the right colour palette for your home or other project.
- Pure White – white LEDs with a hint of cool blue (approx. 5500 Kelvin)
- Warm White – white LEDs with a richer, more yellow hue (approx. 3000 Kelvin)
The addition of a dedicated white chip in each LED opens up an unlimited range of pastel colours that three primary colours (RGB) couldn’t create on their own – as well as the ability to mix your preferred shades of white.
Outputting up to 720 lumens per metre of LED tape, our 10W RGBW strip lights produce an ideal level of illumination for highlights and other decorative lighting applications. If you need brighter, stronger lighting (working lights, for example) then we recommend InStyle’s 20W RGBW LED strip lights – which will give you a massive 1330 lumens per metre when all four colours are at full brightness.
Our RGBW LED tape is available on 5m standard reels, with cut-points every 100mm. There’s no minimum order, and InStyle can assist you with your project from start to finish with advice and technical help – we can even supply your LED tape pre-cut and soldered to the lengths you need.
All of Instyle’s products are in stock with a 2 year warranty.
InStyle’s LED tape is ideal for homes, restaurants, clubs, bars, hotels, and signage. And the list doesn’t end there – with the complete control it offers, this RGBW LED Tape can be used anywhere!

Fully compatible with these LED controllers
RGBW stands for Red, Green, Blue and White. These colours are used by the RGBW tape to mix the millions of different colour combinations that can be created using this tape.
Be aware that higher-power LED strips are less flexible than lower-power ones. This is because the LED modules are placed closer together on high-power strips, and require wider PCBs (for more heat dispersal).

To work out what transformer you require this is quite simple. You take the amount of LED tape you have in metres and x this by the wattage of the LED tape you have, again per metre.
For example 16m of 9.6w LED tape: 16 x 9.6w = 153.6w Therefore you would require a 200w transformer.
For more information, see our support page on LED power supplies and their output.
Deciding on which wattage you require is all down to what kind of application you are fitting the LED tape in.
The 5w and 10w is ideal to be used as feature lighting. Lighting to highlight areas, as a secondary lighting. Ideal for covings, drop down ceilings signage etc. to give a smooth halo effect. The 10w would be preferred to the 5w for these applications if there is a high amount of ambient lighting.
The 15w and 20w is ideal to be used as general lighting or as feature lighting for areas larger than covings etc. For example washing down front bars / back bars / under kitchen cabinet lighting as ‘working light’
