Bendable LED Strip Lights Profile

With a narrow profile barely bigger than our thin surface extrusions (less than 6mm deep), these extremely flexible LED profiles can be bent to almost any curvature an LED installation could possibly require. And they can be reshaped again and again – or even bent back to the original flat profile if that’s what your project needs.

Like all of our extrusion range, these bendable extrusions are designed to accommodate any of our white, colour or RGB LED strip lights.

Our bendable LED extrusions are of aluminium construction. They are supplied with a diffused cover, which disperse the appearance of the strip’s individual LEDs – giving a smooth light-bar effect.

Great for signage applications, and for edging contemporary curved furnishings and locations!

Advantages of extrusions
Fixing your LED tape into an extrusion can create a more ‘finished’ look when compared to the unhoused PCB – which is ideal if the product is clearly on show. Extrusions can help to prevent contact damage if the LED tape is positioned easily within reach. And even though they are not waterproof, extrusions can help prevent moisture. (To provide more protection against water, consider installing IP67 LED tape in the extrusions.)

Cutting and sizes
Our bendable LED extrusions are available in 2m lengths as standard. You can simply cut the extrusion the length you require using a hack saw.

Fitting
Extrusions can be fixed into place using countersink screws, straight into the extrusion. Or for our Bendable LED Tape Extrusions, you can purchase fixing brackets that can be screwed/nailed into place, and the extrusion then clipped onto them.
