  • LED tape orders that have been cut to length are not refundable.
  • LED tape ordered uncut (on reels) are supplied in 5-metre lengths as standard, unless stated otherwise.
  • All goods should be tested on-site before installation.
  • Warranty is void if our product(s) have been used in conjunction with product(s) from other supplier(s). For example, if our LED tape has been used with another company’s transformers.
  • For returnable goods (excepting bulk orders of LED extrusions and MeanWell power supplies), we will refund if notified within 7 days only. For bulk orders of LED extrusions and MeanWell power supplies, refunds MUST be requested no later than the day of delivery. All refunds are at the manager’s discretion.
  • All returned goods need to be boxed as new and in the same condition as originally delivered.
  • For faulty goods, warranty period is 2 years. There is no time limit within which we guarantee to provide replacement warranty goods, but we aim to do so within 7 days.
  • If faulty goods are from an external supplier, we will forward them on to our supplier when we receive them.
  • Other than delivery charges for replacement goods following a warranty claim, we do not incur any costs arising from any project. We do not incur any on-site costs, electrician costs, or other installation costs. For example, scaffolding required to re-install replacement goods.
  • For faulty goods, we will not typically cover the postage cost of returning faulty goods back to ourselves (though we may cover return postage cost in circumstances where we have tested the returned product and confirmed our fault).
  • If goods are a faulty batch, we shall arrange collection and replace as soon as possible. We will incur no on-site costs, electrician costs, or other installation costs.

InStyle sales - terms and conditions

  • Goods are shipped via a next-working-day delivery service (8am-4pm) as standard. This includes replacement of faulty goods. If a Saturday delivery, pre-noon delivery, or other non-standard delivery is required, the customer will be required to cover additional cost.
  • If a delivery has not arrived on the date stated in our delivery courier’s communication, please contact our delivery courier (DPD UK) directly with your delivery reference. If this does not resolve the issue, please make InStyle LED aware of the situation within 48 hours of the stated delivery date. InStyle accepts no liability if we are not informed within this time.
  • Deliveries to site are made at the buyer’s risk. InStyle accepts no liability.
  • We cannot send out replacement products until faulty goods have been returned, received and tested. However, customers can re-order and pay for new goods to replace faulty items within 1 week of the original delivery, and then get a full refund when we receive the returned goods (as long as they are in the same condition as they were originally delivered).
