Lighting up a starry night – InStyle LED at The Fashion Awards

The Fashion Awards 2016, in partnership with Swarovski, were held at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday 5th December. And InStyle’s warm white LEDs lit up the winners on their way to the stage. You can find out more below!

To light the steps up to the main stage required four rows of our high-brightness 15-watt LED strip lights, all fitted and then fully tested by InStyle’s own installation expert. The event organisers chose a warm white shade of light (colour temperature 2800K) to complement the event’s backdrop and stage design.

The LEDs were powered by six 320-watt Meanwell power supplies, and controlled via an array of DMX receivers.

Hosted by Jack Whitehall, and celebrating the best of British and international fashion talent, the ceremony was attended by over 4,000 guests – including glamorous A-list names like Lady Gaga, Alexa Chung, Kate Moss, Gigi Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Jared Leto & Anna Wintour OBE.
