InStyle’s sales and support lines are open 5 days a week. We’re ready discuss your LED projects and help you identify the LED strips, controllers and power supplies you’ll need to finish the job to the highest standard.
We can even advise on additional LED products and approaches to your project that you may not even know you needed!

I know what LED products I want – can I get a quotation?
For simple, straightforward orders you can request a quotation online through our website and we’ll send you a response by email.
How do I make a payment for my order?
There are three ways you can make your payment to InStyle LED:
By Phone
You can make your payment by debit or credit card directly to one of our sales advisors on 0116 2799 083. (If you’re using Amex, then we have to add an additional 5% service charge.)
Your sales advisor will take your details, including delivery address and any delivery instructions.
By Secure Online Form
You can enter your payment details, along with your delivery instructions and other details, online through our secure payment form. Request a link to the form when you place your order with your sales advisor, and it will be emailed to you.
By Bank Transfer
If you’d like to make your payment by direct transfer, let your sales advisor know after ordering, and they will let you know the sort-code & account number to use.
When will I receive my LED lights and other products?
We’ll dispatch your order as soon as we have your payment.
InStyle uses DPD’s couriers for next-day delivery. Your order will usually arrive by noon.
You can track your order or change your delivery instructions online, by entering your delivery reference on the DPD website.
